All orders shipped to residential addresses are charged a residential delivery fee by Fedex. Orders are charged at the current quoted rates on FedEx's website and will vary depending on your location and the delivery method. Boxes over 1 cubic foot are charged by the dimensional weight of the package, so light items in boxes larger than 1 cubic foot will be charged at the higher dimensional weight. If more than 1 package is necessary to ship your order, or if part of your order ships directly to you from a location other than our main warehouse, an additional charge will be added for the extra packages.

There will be a $2.75 charge added to all orders shipped to a residential address.

Discreet Shipping
If discreet shipping is requested, we will ship your items packed in plain white boxes, without our company name or other labels on the boxes. Please let us know if you desire discreet shipping and/or if you do not wish for us to identify ourselves as Bigsecurity if we need to contact you.

Online Tracking
FedEx's online tracking makes it easy to locate your shipment once it is in route, and their late pick up means that we can ship your order the same day in most cases if the order is placed before 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time. If we can not ship your entire order the same day or the next day, we will notify you right away by phone or email and let you know the status of any backordered items.

Shipping Delivery
If a credit card is used for purchase, then the packages need to be signed for by the cardholder. Please note that we are only able to ship to the billing address of the credit card used, if you need to have your package sent to a different address, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate your situation.
Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it to us. If a package is returned to us undelivered, you will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs, plus the cost of re-shipping the merchandise.

Shipping Addresses
We can only ship to authorized addresses listed with the issuing bank of the credit card. To ship to an address other than the billing address, you must call your issuing bank and add the desired shipping location as a temporary or permanent authorized address. Please call the toll free number on the back of your card and ask the operator to help you add an authorized shipping address to your account.

COD,Check or Money Order, or Check by Phone
COD, Check or Money Order, and Check by Phone requires prior authorization. Orders will not be processed unless prior authorization has been obtained.

All COD orders are charged an extra $15.00.
This service is Available on USA deliveries only.
Only cashier's checks or money orders are acceptable for payment.

International Orders
All international orders are charged shipping at current quoted rates, plus these orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the country you have the merchandise sent to. These charges vary depending on the country and the items purchased. Most countries fees will be 10% - 20% of the total. You will be notified before we process your orderr order with the exact total.

All international orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy Service. Normal time in shipping is 3-5 days, but may take longer depending on how quickly the shipment clears customs. If you would like to have your package shipped International Priority or by a different carrier, please email us and we will quote you a price.

International orders placed by credit card require additional confirmation.
