Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your products. I had first ordered, and later sent back a product from another company (name deleted) which simply didn't/doesn't work.

I then ordered your 2 cam kit with the pc card. I expected to have all kinds of issues getting it installed and working after dealing with the other guys stuff. I installed the card and software, hooked up the cameras and WOW pictures! I have made several purchases, the largest being a security system package. I bought the geovision 16 camera package. Had to contact your support folks because I had trouble getting card to work. The first card was bad and they replaced it very quickly, then the PC's I got for it (that I purchased elsewhere) where bad and they helped me trouble shoot to find the issue.

I just had to write to say that I am very pleased with your company and the attention to my problems and how fast they help resolve them.  I actually placed another order today and already got shipment notification for it. GREAT JOB! I am sure I will be ordering from you again as well as recommending your company to anyone in need of the products you carry..

My property had experienced vandalism damage.. My first purchase of a security camera was from another vendor. They sold me a stock product that was inadequate in identifying the vandals.

When I contacted Vic, at BigSecurity and explained the lighting and distances involved, he recommend a certain camera with a much stronger lens than the one I originally purchased. Several weeks later, the vandals struck again but were immediately identified, prosecuted and convicted of their crime. BigSecurity took the time to listen and sold me the right product for the job!

You helped me purchase a video security camera system for a daycare center back in November. We wired the center up with 6 cameras, one of 'em outdoors, as well as microphone and videotape solutions.

We recently completed the project and went live. The local newspaper, Roanoke Times, came out and did a story. It wound up as the lead front-page story on Tuesday the 9th of January. The AP then picked up the story and among other places, we saw it briefly mentioned in USA Today's Wednesday edition. We've also had this setup featured on three TV News broadcasts, in one case, it was their lead story.
